We process account data, authentication data, uploaded media, generated outputs, billing events, support tickets and usage events needed to operate the platform.

Payment card data is tokenized by Mercado Pago. ImobiStudio does not store raw card number or CVV.

Data is used to authenticate users, provide AI generation, keep project history, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support and improve the product.

Advertising events may be sent to Meta using hashed identifiers and event IDs for deduplication.

Data may be stored by Supabase, Vercel, Mercado Pago, storage providers and AI providers used to process your requests.

Public catalog and shared pages are visible to anyone with the link when enabled by the user.

Users may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal data where applicable.
