ImobiStudio provides AI tools for real estate images, videos, editors, catalog pages and related publishing workflows.

The service is operated by Jb Media Gestao de Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 48032438000188, while the ImobiStudio brand is in beta.

AI results may contain errors, artifacts, unrealistic details, incorrect furniture, lighting or property characteristics.

The user must review every output before publishing it, especially when using it in advertisements, sales material or client presentations.

Conceptual outputs must not be presented as guaranteed construction, architecture, engineering, legal, valuation or regulatory advice.

You must own or have permission to upload each image, video, logo, audio and text used in the platform.

You are responsible for verifying that final materials comply with advertising rules, real estate market rules, consumer protection law and third-party rights.

Paid credits are consumed by generation, rendering and export operations according to the price shown before confirmation.

Premium subscription unlocks catalog, sharing, saved presets and brand features, but does not include unlimited AI generation.

External providers may be temporarily unavailable, slower or reject a request. Failed eligible generations may be refunded in credits according to the platform rules.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ImobiStudio is not liable for business losses, ad rejection, incorrect publication, misuse of outputs or decisions made based only on AI-generated material.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
